The Fragrance Foundation will shine the spotlight on Camille McDonald, president of brand development and merchandising at Bath & Body Works, at this year’s 12th Circle of Champions dinner on Tuesday, October 4th at The St. Regis Hotel in New York. The Circle of Champions Award is presented annually at a dinner ceremony held in honor of an individual, selected by the Board of Directors, who has made a notable impact on the fragrance industry. While the evening is a serious recognition of an industry leader, it has also become the tradition to ‘roast’ the honoree with humor and personal anecdotes.

McDonald’s career in the beauty industry began with Charles of the Ritz and includes senior level positions with L’Oreal, Chanel and LVMH. In 2004, Bath & Body Works tapped her to lead a brand and merchandising transformation of the personal care retailer. Through the years, McDonald has received numerous industry accolades, including FiFi (Fragrance Foundation) and CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women) awards. She serves as a non-executive Director on the Board of Timex Group Inc. and on several not-for-profit boards. McDonald also is an active mentor to students and young executives in the industry.
